First & Final / The brief

Build the brand around
what is at stake.

The business was moving from a broad service offer toward one accountable partner for the home trade: receiving, inspection, storage, delivery and installation.

For interior designers, retailers and builders, a delivery carries more than an object. It carries their client relationship and reputation. That insight gave the brand a clear promise: keep the standard intact from receipt to room.

This study presents the strategy and identity system in the September 22 master brand book. The depicted environments, uniforms and vehicles are application studies.

First & Final / The story

Identity

The strategy connected two ideas: greater control of the work and greater responsibility for the outcome. Bringing services together only matters if accountability survives every handoff.

First & Final carries that responsibility in the name. The voice is clear and composed, with the customer’s trust at the center.

First & Final / The story

System

The master book connects the strategy to naming, voice, visual identity and practical applications. A custom modular typeface and illustration system create a shared language.

Guidance for communication, uniforms, vehicles and environments makes the direction usable beyond the original presentation.

The identity follows the work—from warehouse to vehicle to the team at the door.
